We offer how-to classes on all types of gardens, including vegetable gardens, container gardens, ornamental gardens, city gardens, drip irrigation, landscape lighting, and much more. All of our classes are taught by Amber Freda, a master gardener with more than 20 years of experience teaching dozens of classes at the New York and Brooklyn botanical gardens, in addition to running a successful professional landscaping company.
Amber and her team did a full renovation of our terrace in Brooklyn two years ago, and we continue to work with her today for ongoing gardening and maintenance. Amber is a true professional and did a great job managing a fairly large project. Her original design plans were spectacular, and she knows precisely the types of plants and vegetables that will look good with our aesthetic and, importantly, that will thrive in inclement weather (high winds!). Working with Amber and her team was a great decision for us and we’d recommend her to anyone considering a terrace or backyard renovation, large or small.
